Casa do Jardim is located in the center of Duque da Terceira Garden, where delicious meals are prepared with organic products. Also available for sale you can find decoration articles, handicrafts, gourmet products, among others.
Founded in March 2001 by a group of 17 people, the Cooperativa Bio Azórica – Produtos de Agricultura Biológica CRL, its main goal is to encourage “the production and consumption of organic products, protection of the environment and promoting nature conservation and biodiversity through the integrated, durable and rational use of natural resources. ”
In 2008, Bio Azórica began its commercial activity with two points of sale, São Mateus Fort and Biofontinhas. Due to its temporary nature, two permanent spaces have been inaugurated, the Biological Products Market in Praia da Vitória and Casa do Jardim in Angra do Heroísmo, in October 2012 and August 2014 respectively.
