The Império do Espírito Santo dos Regatos is located in the parish of São Bartolomeu, municipality of Angra do Heroísmo, on Rua Padre Francisco da Cruz.
It is a property built in the second half of the 20th century, namely in 1958, which celebrates the cult of the Divine Holy Spirit on the last Sunday of July.
During the week preceding the Sunday of the feast, the prayer of the recitation of the rosary to the Divine Holy Spirit is prayed in the empire.
In recent years, this empire has had a great cultural/recreational program that includes the performance of various musical groups, singing, foot, cattle exhibition, milk bodo, etc.
There have been several bullfights in different areas of the place of streams.
On the Sunday of the feast there is a concentration of people next to the empire of streams for the coronation, followed by the party mass after which the coronation procession, accompanied by a philharmonic, goes to the empire.
In the middle of the afternoon of that day, the stewards of the party will nominate the elements that will be responsible for its organization and promotion next year.
The following week, another bullfight is held.
