The Império do Espírito Santo da Serra da Ribeirinha, erected in 1911, on Terreiro do Paço Street, in the parish of Ribeirinha, Angra do Heroísmo, celebrates its worship on Pentecost and Holy Trinity Sundays. It stands out for the “Crown of Joy,” unique in Terceira Island. The festivities include religious and charitable activities such as processions, masses, dinners, auctions, and the distribution of alms. They conclude with bullfighting on a rope.
