The Império do Divino Espírito Santo do Outeiro, located in the parish of Agualva, municipality of Praia da Vitória, is a recent construction inaugurated on May 22, 2005, with the support of the Municipal Council, Parish Council, emigrants, and funds from the population. The empire and the pantry are open for promises to the Divine, usually made in alfenim, and at the end of the festival, stewards are appointed for the next year.
